My usage of Zero Day comes from hiking the Appalachian Trail -- a full day off with no hiking. A day to resupply, rest those doggies, enjoy trail town food and beers, and maybe go rafting or kayaking. Or better yet -- sleep!But maybe you're working from home. You need a zero day.
